CommonCTRL and our website use YouTube API Services. By using them you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Our privacy policy explains how YouTube data is used, and links to the Google Privacy Policy.

Content posted by CommonCTRL is original footage from the Boston Common LIVE camera, owned by Third Polar Arch. Use of the live stream and videos is also subject to each platform's terms. Licensing: hello@thirdpolararch.com.

Sunset Score and other figures

The Sunset Score, sky colors and weather figures are calculated by us from weather forecasts and our own camera. They are not YouTube data.

Third Polar Arch terms

The Third Polar Arch Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply and are incorporated into these terms by reference, including everything in them. Where they differ on CommonCTRL or Boston Common LIVE, these terms control; nothing in any of them limits the YouTube Terms of Service for YouTube content and YouTube API Services.
